

The Hackathon at Asthra is a high-intensity innovation challenge that brings together creative minds to solve real-world problems through technology, analytics, and design thinking. The event provides participants with an opportunity to ideate, build, and present impactful solutions within a limited timeframe, pushing the boundaries of innovation and collaboration.
Event Guidelines

Each team must consist of 4 members only.

Team composition is final after registration.

A confidential client brief and structured dataset will be provided at the start.

Teams must analyse the dataset and derive clear, data-backed insights.

Problem identification must be evidence-driven and logically structured.

Participants are encouraged to develop forecasts, projections, or basic prediction models where relevant to support decisions.

Strategic recommendations must be practical, feasible, and business-oriented.

Final submission must be a 6–8 slide presentation deck only.

Slides must clearly present problem diagnosis, insights, strategy, execution plan, and measurable impact (KPIs).

Each team must bring at least one functional laptop.

Internet use is allowed for reference; solutions must rely primarily on the provided dataset.

AI tools are permitted but must be declared.

Plagiarism, unrealistic assumptions, or unethical solutions will lead to penalties.

Time limits and submission deadlines must be strictly followed.

Professional conduct and academic integrity are mandatory.

Evaluation will focus on analytical depth, predictive reasoning, strategic clarity, feasibility, and presentation quality.
