The prime objective of Chakravyuh is to provide a strong pedestal for students and professionals to present their Business Plans, bring it into the limelight, thereby unleashing the Entrepreneur in them. Chakravyuh has always been a covetable platform for the participants to meet and interact with eminent entrepreneurs and business conglomerates.  The event has also seen participants from Universities across the globe, vying with each other.

Event Guidelines
  • Participation is open to individuals as well as teams of 4.

  • Business school students, undergraduate students, corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, and other independent individuals (employed or self-employed), are all eligible to participate in the event.

  • If participating in teams, all the members should all be affiliated with the same institution.

  • There is no restriction on the number of teams that can participate from an institution.

  • Each team must have a team name, and the team should use that name for all communications/correspondence.

  • Each team should bring their password-protected business plan document (PDF) on 23rd February 2026, to the ASTHRA event.

  • The business plan document should contain an Executive Summary, Business Overview, Problem Statement and Opportunity, Product / Service Description, Market Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Marketing and Sales Strategy, Operations Plan, Financial Plan, Risk Analysis and Mitigation, Implementation Timeline and Milestones, Conclusion / Future Outlook, Appendices (Optional). The length of the B-plan proposal document should be a maximum of 40 pages.

  • The presentations and Q&A for the event will be on 23rd February 2026.

  • A valid college ID is required for all team members, which is compulsory.

  • They should also always maintain a secure and reliable internet connection while the competition is on.

  • All submissions must be the participants' original work and must not violate the rights of any other participant, individual, or entity. Any misbehavior will result in the disqualification of the team from the competition.

  • Results will be the judges’ prerogative.

  • Any participant who violates any of these guidelines or the instructions from the event coordinators will be disqualified.
