

The Best Manager event is designed to identify and celebrate individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and managerial acumen under dynamic and demanding conditions. The core objective of this event is to provide a competitive platform where participants can showcase their decision-making abilities, problem-solving skills, and adaptability across a series of real-world managerial challenges.
Event Guidelines

This event is exclusively for Individual participants.

A maximum of two participants per college can participate in the event

All participants must bring their updated resumes.

All participants must carry their college ID card or an authorization letter from their institution.

Formal/ Business attire is mandatory.

Teams must report at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Rules and details of each round will be communicated on the spot before its commencement.

Each participant should carry their own laptop with proper internet connectivity. The organizers will not be responsible for any technical issues.

Participants must adhere strictly to the event schedule and arrive before the start of the rounds or briefing session; failure to do so will result in disqualification.

Mobile phones and smart watches are not allowed during the event unless explicitly permitted by the coordinators for any particular round.

All file submissions, including documents and PPTs, must follow the specified format and be sent to the email address provided.

The winner of the best manager event will be determined based on the cumulative scores from all rounds.

The decisions of the judges and event organizers are final and binding.

Any queries or clarifications about the event should be addressed before the commencement of the game.

Any form of unfair or unethical behavior, rule violations, or use of offensive language will result in the disqualification of the entire team from that round.
